In a bus-based fire automatic alarm system, it is common for a local bus to fail (e.g., short circuit), causing the entire alarm system to become paralyzed. By inserting the L400ISO isolation module into various segments of the bus or at the junction of the main line and branch lines, once a short circuit occurs somewhere in the bus loop, the isolation module will isolate the faulty part of the bus from the entire system, ensuring that other parts of the system can operate normally. Once the faulty part of the bus is repaired, the isolation module can automatically resume operation and reintegrate the isolated part back into the system.
