Fangshan District has successfully completed the preliminary investigation work of eliminating unqualified gas cookers, installing gas safety auxiliary equipment and independent smoke fire detection alarm.

In accordance with the requirements of the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in Eliminating Substandard Gas Cookers, Installing Gas Safety Auxiliary Equipment and Independent Smoke Fire Detection Alarm Preliminary Investigation" (Jing 'an Ban Han [2016] No. 115) issued by the Municipal Bureau, our district has actively deployed and carefully arranged. Through nearly a month's efforts, we have successfully completed the household survey and arrangement work and achieved the phased objectives of this work, it has laid a good foundation for the next stage of work.

2. active coordination, strengthen communication and consultation mechanism

Organize the leaders in charge of industry and commerce, civil affairs, municipal appearance, fire brigade, finance, townships and other departments to hold coordination meetings to make overall arrangements for this work. All departments are required to coordinate and cooperate closely with each other, and designate special personnel to be responsible for the centralized work one day a week to solve the problems exposed in this work as a whole. This Huimin project has received strong financial support from our district, and the funds have been included in our district's 2017 financial budget.

3. do a good job in professional knowledge training, improve the professional quality of household touch platoon personnel

In order to do a good job in this preliminary household investigation, in view of the problems such as unclear verification standards for this work and how to make statistics on the separation of people and households, gas experts are invited to train nearly 400 people and answer the problems that may be encountered in the work one by one.

4. positive actions to ensure quality and quantity to complete the work of entering the house

All villages and towns actively cooperate with this work, reasonably organize personnel, conduct household-by-household investigation according to the ledgers provided by the civil affairs department, fill in the forms carefully, keep the image data, sacrifice the holiday rest time, and complete the household arrangement work in a timely, accurate and high-quality manner.

As of October 10, 2016, our district has completed the arrangement according to the ledgers provided by the civil affairs department, with a total of 4926, of which 3581 meet the replacement conditions and 3593 are planned to install alarms. So far, the preliminary investigation work of eliminating unqualified gas stoves, installing gas safety auxiliary equipment and independent smoke fire detection alarms has been completed, providing detailed and accurate data for the next stage of installation work.
